It is a unique champagne. Neither a Rosé or white champagne. It finds its roots in the wine produced during the 18th century, before decoloration was possible. The color is therefore the result of the slow pressing process of the pinot noir. It is an authentic champagne combining freshness with elegance, vinosity and a long finish. The pinot noir of Ay find one of its best expression. Only produced at 3,500 bottles per year.
