With no equivalent, this champagne was developed by Fabien Grumier specifically for Vin og Bobler. With a dosage of 22 gr of sugar per liter, it makes it a sweet champagne but still with a fresh finish. The nose develops aromas of crunchy red berries (strawberries, redcurrants and cherries). The mouth is intense and the same flavors of berries can be found. This champagne is therefore the perfect companion of desserts with red berries and rhubarb.
