Cuvée Vendémiaire is a blanc de blanc (100% chardonnay) made from Vertus, Mesnil sur Oger, Oger and Cramant. Vinified for 40% in barrel it shows strong character and complexity. It has a lovely structure with fine texture to the bubbles and a long, brioche finish. It is one of Champagne’s highest quality wines with astonishing finesse and interest.
