The unfermented grape juice is fortified with  "fine de champagne" (alcohol made of champagne still wine) to reach a percentage of alcohol of 18%. It is then matured for a minimum of 18 months in oak barrels of several wines. Light salmon color. The noze has some cherries and green apple expression. The mouth shows at first expression of red berries and rhubarb, while in a second step the notes from the fine of champagne are popping up. While a sweet wine, the finish is relatively dry and makes it a very balanced wine.
