In the heart of the Vallée de la Marne, winegrowers since 1743, the Grumier family has elaborated champagne since 1928. The philosophy of Grumier is quite simple: the greatest wealth is the terroir, which must be respect and keep alive. The viticulture adheres to a spirit of sustainable development, in which every individual plot is managed with the greatest possible care. This spirit can also be found in the cellars where the vinification takes place in oak barrels and small, stainless steel vats to preserve the unique style of each parcel of vines. Note that Fabien Grumier who is today running the domain was elected best young talent of Champagne in 2013.
